The technological cluster that impacts your company’s innovation
Launched in 2009 by the Piedmont Region, Polo ICT is now a constantly growing network that connects innovation stakeholders—SMEs, large enterprises, public and private research organizations, and end users—to develop research projects and new business opportunities.
This network of excellence is coordinated by the Fondazione Piemonte Innova, the managing body of the Cluster, which promotes the network, animates the community, gathers requirements, and provides value-added services to all its members.
Our mission
The goal of the Cluster is to encourage the development of innovation and increase the competitiveness of companies, supporting them in the development of high-tech research projects with strong potential and impact on the local economic fabric.
Furthermore, the Cluster encourages the creation of new industrial partnerships, promotes the network in Italy and abroad, organizes meetings on cutting-edge technologies for the development of skills and human capital, and works in close collaboration with other Piedmontese Innovation Clusters—mechatronics, green building and hydrogen, agrifood, textiles, chemistry, and life sciences—thanks to the cross-cutting and pervasive nature of ICT technologies across all industrial sectors.
